Marketplace Rules

1. Accounts

Each Buyer must register with accurate, up-to-date personal information and maintain one account per person. Sharing an account or creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions is not permitted.

2. Buyer Conduct

By using the marketplace, the Buyer agrees to:

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information for every order
• Communicate respectfully with Artists and Gallery staff
• Use the platform only for genuine purchases, not for harassment, scraping, or resale fraud
• Follow the site's Terms and Conditions and Return Policy for every purchase

3. Payments

All payments are processed through the Gallery's approved payment providers (including PayPal). The Buyer agrees not to attempt to pay an Artist directly to bypass the platform's payment and commission system.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Buyers are asked to contact the Gallery first to resolve any order issue before filing a chargeback with their bank or card provider. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5. Suspension

The Gallery may suspend or close an account that violates these rules, engages in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

6. Contact
