Monica Mihali is an electrical design engineer and painter, the youngest daughter of renowned artist Gavrilita Mihali. She grew up in Borșa, a town at the foot of the Pietrosului Mountains in Romania, in a multi-talented family where she discovered music, painting, beauty, and friendship.

She grew up in Borșa, a town at the foot of the Pietrosului Mountains in Romania, in a multi-talented family where she discovered music, painting, beauty, and friendship. She has been painting since early childhood, and her works cover a wide variety of themes — reproductions, landscapes, portraits, still lifes, interiors, and street scenes — executed in charcoal, watercolor, pastel, oil, and acrylic.
