Ordering

Placing an order is simple:

  2. Click "Add to Cart" on the artwork detail page
  3. Review your cart and click "Checkout"
  4. Enter your shipping and billing information
  5. Select your preferred payment method
  6. Review and confirm your order

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at contact@artdeluxeparis.com.

Once your order is processed and shipped, modifications are no longer possible, but you can still return the item within our 14-day return policy.

Yes, you need to create an account to complete a purchase. This allows you to track your orders, save your favorite artworks, and manage your shipping addresses.

Creating an account is quick and free β€” just provide your email address and create a password.

Domestic (Serbia): 5-7 business days

EU: 10-15 business days

International: 15-25 business days

Processing time of 2-3 business days is required before shipment.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package by logging into your account or visiting the carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation. Contact us before returning.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will appear in your account within 5-7 additional business days.

Artwork Information

We sell both originals and limited edition prints. Each listing clearly indicates the type. All artworks come with a certificate of authenticity.

Yes! Many artists accept commissions. Contact us at contact@artdeluxeparis.com with your requirements and budget.
