This Gallery Commission Agreement ("Agreement") governs the commission arrangement between Art de luxe Paris ("the Gallery", "the Website") and any Artist who registers a self-service artist account to list and sell artwork through the platform. By checking "I agree to the Gallery Commission Agreement" during registration, the Artist accepts the terms below.
The Gallery retains a commission on each completed sale of the Artist's artwork. The applicable commission percentage is determined by the Artist's active Subscription Plan and is displayed to the Artist before subscribing, on the Subscription Plans page.
The Gallery may update commission rates for future subscription plans at its discretion. Any change will be clearly shown on the plan before the Artist subscribes or renews, and will never be applied retroactively to sales already completed.
The commission is calculated as a percentage of the artwork's sale price (excluding shipping and any applicable taxes) at the moment the order is placed. The commission rate in effect at the time of sale is recorded with the order and will not change even if the Artist's plan or the plan's commission rate changes afterward.
The Artist's net earning (sale price minus the Gallery's commission) for each completed and paid order is recorded in the Artist's Sales & Earnings dashboard. Payout arrangements (frequency and method, e.g. bank transfer to the IBAN provided at registration) will be confirmed separately by the Gallery.
The Artist may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their Subscription Plan at any time from their dashboard. Changing plans changes the commission rate applied to sales made after the change takes effect; it does not affect commissions already recorded on past orders.
If the Artist's subscription lapses or payment fails, the Gallery reserves the right to unpublish the Artist's artwork from public listings until the subscription is reinstated. Artwork data and profile information are retained and are not deleted as a result of a lapsed subscription.
