The Artist retains full copyright and intellectual property ownership of every artwork they upload to Art de luxe Paris. Listing an artwork for sale on the platform does not transfer copyright to the Gallery or to any buyer.
By uploading an artwork, the Artist grants the Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and use images of the artwork for the purpose of listing, marketing, and promoting the artwork on the platform and in related promotional channels (e.g. social media, newsletters). This license ends when the artwork listing is removed, except for promotional material already published before removal.
The Artist warrants that each uploaded artwork is their own original creation, does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, and that the Artist has full authority to sell and license it under this policy.
A Buyer who purchases an artwork acquires ownership of the physical object only. The copyright in the work remains with the Artist. The Buyer may not reproduce, represent, or commercially exploit the artwork without the Artist's prior written authorization.
If you believe an artwork listed on the platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with a description of the work, evidence of your ownership, and the listing URL. The Gallery will investigate and may remove the listing pending resolution.
