In line with EU consumer protection rules, the Buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the artwork to withdraw from the purchase, without needing to give a reason.
To withdraw, the Buyer must notify the Gallery within the 14-day period by:
The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was delivered in, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the Buyer's responsibility.
Once the returned artwork is received and its condition confirmed, the refund is processed within 14 days, less any return shipping costs payable by the Buyer.
Artworks made to a Buyer's specifications or otherwise personalized (commissioned/custom orders) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
As the seller of record for their own artwork, the Artist agrees to accept valid returns made under this policy and to cooperate with the Gallery in processing the refund to the Buyer. Commission previously charged on a refunded sale is reversed accordingly.
